Residences and Co-productions

Since the beginning of the project, Making a Difference has offered at least one artistic residency each year. In 2018 and 2019, one residency for a Berlin artist and one for an international artist were offered in parallel. Our aim was to promote artistic exchange and international networking. After the residency, the Berlin artists could realise a co-production financed by Making a Difference. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, in 2020 we offered two local residencies followed by a co-production. In 2021, two residencies were held at the end of the first phase of the project without a subsequent co-production. In 2022 and 2023, there will again be one local residency per year followed by a co-production.
